We are pleased to introduce File Progress tab in our Online Order Source System. With this new road map you will now be able to track when:

  • Your order was received and processed.
  • Your file is Clear to Close.
  • Your HUD/Fees request has been completed.
  • Your scheduling request has been completed.
  • Your funding package has been shipped.
  • Your file has disbursed.
  • Your Final Title Policy is ready.
