Systems Maintenance and Updates
ARS will be implementing new security updates and systems maintenance in month of December.
1) Systems maintenance
During the week of December 8th, you may experience some intermittent delays on emails or turn times as we perform companywide systems maintenance. While we anticipate the impact to be minimal, we do ask for your patience and understanding.
2) 2FA (2 Factor Authentication) implementation for Order Source – ARS 2FA Set Up Guide
By 1/1/2026 2FA will be required to access our online Order Source portal. You can get a head start and activate 2FA today or complete the set up once the system prompts you after 1/1/2026.
3) Zix – Email encryption enhancement – Zix
We are in the process of updating our email encryption to protect information that is transmitted electronically. During the month of December you will notice some emails will arrive encrypted from our office and by 1/1/2026 the email encryption enhancement will be implemented companywide.
