What is the Texas Operation responsible for?
We are a full-service Texas title and escrow team responsible for all aspects of a Texas real estate closing including title examinations, title clearing, escrow and policies. Out team offers seasoned professionals who provide timely, quality services that protect the borrower’s and lender’s rights when dealing with real estate transactions. Each of our escrow officers bring at least ten plus years of first-hand knowledge of Texans and Texas real estate, a State that is often referred as the most complex and heavily regulated State in the nation when it comes to title insurance.
