Effective 2/1/2021 ARS will no longer accept orders for the state of Iowa. The state of Iowa Legislature created Iowa Title Guaranty to provide guarantees of all real property titles, facilitate mortgage lenders’ participation in the secondary market and help assure the integrity of the land title system. This link will provide you the contact information to open the order and also who would facilitate the closings/settlement.

If you have any questions please contact our Solutions department, [email protected].
